I used red onion instead of scallions, added 1/2 red bell pepper for taste and color, and doubled the dressing amount (after reading reviews. A good recipe to use edamame. I'll definitely make this again.

this was very fresh and light. Dressing not overpowering so you could taste the difference of all 3 beans.

What a great side dish. We made this salad along with the Teriyaki chicken thighs and loved the overall asian feel of the meal. My kids did care for the salad but my husband and I loved it! I will be making this many more times in the future!

This salad is the gift that keeps on giving. Everytime I make it, I look forward to eating the leftovers with as a side or as a main course for lunch. It tastes fresh and tangy, with a wonderful texture. My husband, who is among the pickiest eaters on the planet, even enjoyed it! And he never likes anything healthy. What I love best about this salad is that I do feel wonderful after eating it. Never heavy, and never an upset stomach later. LOVE IT.

For brian dead people like me, take the edamamae out of the shells. It doesn't mention that in the recipe, but luckily I figured it out before I served it. Ver healthy recipe. We liked it, but did not love it. My twins would not eat it.

I reluctantly made this dish because of the high marks it got. I liked all of the ingredients and even the apricot preserves intrigued me a bit. This made me gag.. I decided it may taste better once I let the flavors meld.. I served it to my guests and they took one taste and did not touch it again. I ended up throwing the entire thing in the garbage. Repulsive!

This is a great summer salad. I doubled the dressing because I didn't think there was enough after making it to specifications.
