This is a great summer salad with nice layering of flavors. And so easy to make.

I am a Chef in a cafeteria for a large company. I did a food sampling for the employees to introduce the taste of the endamane beans. It was a big with everyone.Tasty and very healthy salad.I added diced red pepper for color and presentation.

Great weeknight salad. An easy and delicious accompaniment to a simple asian seasoned chicken breast. My 15 month old loved it as much as my husband and I!

The dressing has really great flavor. I exchanged kidney beans for the black beans and it tasted great. Would recommend this dish for any gathering. Can't wait to take it on a picnic in the summer.

I made this without the black beans (my husband dislikes black beans and substituted walnuts instead -- just sprinkled over the top at plating. I doubt my husband would ever eat a traditional three-bean salad, but he gobbled this one up. It was very pretty on the plate too -- very green!

I love this bean salad. My kids loved it too! It was so easy to make and the best combination. The "healthy" part just puts it over the top. Thanks for the recipe! K

I served this three bean salad with the salmon cakes for lunch yesterday. both were wuick to make, and both tasted so fabulous.

I made two versions of the salad as my husband doesnt like the baby soy beans, so i tossed in some chooped asparagus in his version. still tasted really good.
