So good, and so easy. My go-to weeknight dinner. I just use frozen shrimp, and it's easy to pull together in 30 minutes! Thanks Ellie!

Dukan dieters rejoice! Not only is this entree easy to make and tastes yummy, if you use fatfree feta, it's suitable for the cruise phase of the Dukan diet. I even splashed in some leftover red wine when simmering the tomatoes. Thank you, Ellie!

This is my favorite of all of Ellie Krieger's recipes! I pair it with white basmati rice, and it's just fantastic. My oven does take a little longer than the time stated in the recipe to fully cook the shrimp. This recipe is so easy and so tasty!

Very good. Very easy. I added more garlic. I put the pan in the middle of the table and served it with crusty bread to sop up the juices.

I made this last night with goat cheese and substituted basil for the dill because that's what I had on hand. It was so tasty! I think I'm going to make it again tonight! Great recipe to really make your own.

This dish is one of my favorites from Ellie Krieger. Super simple, one pot meal. The shrimp needed more than the 15 minutes or so in the oven. More like 25 for them to turn from translucent. The fresh dill is a must, especially with the feta. I can see how some people might not be satisfied with just tomatoes, shrimp, and feta, but I thought it was enough. It could go with any kind of pasta, long or short. I paired it with Martha Stewart's recipe for "lemony orzo" which uses lemon zest, lemon juice, EVOO, and chopped scallions; this orzo is even better the next day when you've run out of the shrimp but have just a little of the tomato juices left over. Yum!

This was extremely good. The dill really brightens the dish without being overwhelming. The orzo was a brilliant accompaniment - it added an indulgent creaminess to the already luscious shrimp. It was also very, very easy to make! I'd say this is one of Ellie's top recipes based on the delicious/easy/healthy criteria.
