I read through this recipe and liked the basic ingredients, but wanted to punch up the flavor. I didn't have orzo so I used small sea shell pasta. I also added one can of chopped artichoke bottoms. Instead of seasoning with dill, I used 2-3 generous tablespoons prepared pesto and about one cup of prepared bruschetta. I replaced the feta with shredded Asiago and Parmesan cheese. It was excellent!

My husband looks for easy recipes he can make. This one was great! Siper easy and it packs so much flavor.

My husband and I made this over the weekend and it was delicious! I'm not sure how it would be on its own, but over some brown rice it was quite nice. I let the tomatoes simmer a bit longer than 5 minutes and added mushrooms to give it some extra substance. I also omitted dill because I live in the UK and couldn't easily find any! We will be having leftovers of it tonight. An easy, healthy, and delicious recipe I'm sure we will make several times!

I loved this dish as did my husband. I found there to be an amazing "depth of flavor" unlike another reviewer. I used basil instead of dill and added 1/2 cup of chopped black olives..could not be better and only one pan to clean!!!

Very tasty, took longer to prepare ingredients than to cook the dish. Quick and super easy. Served it over a bed of wild rice, with crab cake on the side.

Made this for dinner last night. Justed wanted to thank all the reviewers for their input. I followed a lot of the recommendations. I used seasoned tomatoes, added chili flakes and fresh basil (omitted the dill and thickened the sauce a bit. I used extra jumbo shrimp and it turned out great! Aslo served it over brown rice. Will definitely make this again.

This is quick and simple. Squeezed fresh lemon juice over it before serving and served it with brown rice. My 5-year-old dug it.

I made this for dinner tonight and I thought it was great. The only change I would make for next time is add some flour to make the tomato juice less runny and add some red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. I served it over brown rice.

I made this as an appetizer for a dinner party--served it with toasted pita bread. Everyone loved it and it was so easy.

This is a very flavorful healthy recipe. I added broccoli and cayenne pepper but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I also served it over brown rice. Yummmm
