i made this tonite and was a little skeptical whether or not it would be tasty enough,, i was really impressed with the flavor,, the only thing i did different was i added a pinch of crushed red pepper to the tomatoes when i put them in the skillet,, otherwise followed it to a "T",,, we loved it,, and its heart healthy ,, definitely would make this again,, might sub some fish for chicken next time, the spinach was delicious too,, thank you ellie !

This was super delicious! I also seasoned the chicken beforehand and added a pinch of salt to the sauce. And I subbed out the couscous as I'm gluten free and put it over mashed potatoes which was nice as well. Even my BF who is notoriously picky gave this "a 4.8 out of 5" !! I will def make this again.

This was definitely a must save... Not sure if I ever had Couscous, but my wife and I really enjoyed it. I believe the gale from Chicago should try and make it again. I believe she might have missed one of the steps. As for putting other things in with the "already terrific recipe" I might try some Mushrooms. I also seasoned the chicken before I put it in the skillet.

So delicious, is the perfect combination of flavours, my 5 year old loved it, like me!. Instead of couscous I'll try quinoa next time.

For some reason, my husband and I did not care for this recipe. Can't put my finger on why.

This is a great recipe. I am trying to eat a "cleaner" diet these days and this was an awesome addition to my recipe collection. I actually sautéed mushrooms with the garlic at the beginning. I also served roasted asparagus and the side and topped the dish with a little feta cheese. I think that next time I will add pine nuts and maybe kalamata olives as well.
