Boring! Sauce was good. The list of ingredients in the recipe and video differ, so it was a bit confusing and it did not look the same as in the video. I may make it again, as it is a healthy recipe. I also have to agree with one reviewer, I could do without the couscous.

This recipe was great and easy to make. Like other people who reviewed it I made some minor modifications and my family loved it.

To clarify, it is 5 weight watcher points without the couscous or pasta. I also used a whole can of tomatoes so that is why my sauce was runny.

This is an excellent meal! I made a couple of changes, like substituting brown rice for the couscous and adding onions to the sauce. I was worried about the acidic content of the sauce, but I cooked it down to half the original liquid and it was delicious. This rice bowl is quick, easy and healthy. Say good bye to Panda Express!

FANTASTIC!!! I was afraid it would be too acidic but it wasn't. There was a perfect blend of broth, vinegar and tomatoes. As it was reducing I was skeptical that I would achieve a 'sauce' as opposed to my usual 'runny mess' but IT WORKED! It was SO GOOD. I used a whole can of organic diced tomatoes and just kept stirring until it reduced. I think the trick is stirring 1or 2 minutes beyond my normal 'the heck with it' point. 5 Stars.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out pretty decent, but not wonderful. I wasn't crazy about the couscous, and the meal overall was a little too acidic for my taste. I would suggest using fresh heirloom tomatoes instead of canned as sometimes they taste under ripe, which I suspect is to blame for it being too acidic. I love that food network has a chef like Ellie who really cares about the health benefits of food as well as taste, so I hate to give her recipe less than 4 stars but this just isn't on my list of recipes to make again.

This is an awesome recipe to start with. First of I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and omitted the olive oil. I added garlic and onions to the sauce not the chicken, prevents the burning of the garlic. Also used fresh herbs from my garden and it gave it a a lot of natural flavor. In addition put mushrooms to the sauce and let it simmer for a bit. Thanks Ellie

Excellent recipe! We made a few modifications: I cooked the chicken first, then added diced onions and garlic until soft. After, I added a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes and the balsamic vinegar, along with a couple sprigs of mint. I wanted more liquid to the sauce so I added a can of tomato sauce and a little more vinegar. The outcome was excellent!! :
