Good sauce, although the rest of the meal wasn't spectacular. Good recipe for a weeknight dinner but definitely not for a special occasion.

This is an excellent recipe - easy to prepare and cook - and everything tasted delicious. Will definitely make this again.

The end result was a recipe that turned out well, but not spectacular. I didn't follow the recipe exactly as the other reviewers expressed that not much sauce was left at the end and that the garlic got burned if added too early, so I made some modifications. I added more balsamic vinegar, broth, and tomatoes; if this changed the flavor dramtically, I would doubt it, but possible. I wouldn't call it bland, but I won't be dreaming and craving this dish...but I will make it again.

Excellent! I used diced tomatos in tomato sauce instead of lower sodium ones and the taste was great. The tomatoes soaked up the vinegar nicely and it had such a wonderful flavor. My only problem was cooking the garlic with the chicken - the garlic began to get too brown and I threw it out and supplemented some garlic powder instead. I definitely would take the garlic out when the chicken goes in and then throw it back in at the end!

Could have made more sauce, and I should have used fresh spinach.

Really liked it!!!!! The smell and taste of the sauce really made this dish stick out. Im not a fan of couscous so i replaced it with whole grain rice and it tasted just as good!!!
