This dish certainly tasted very healthy but was a bit bland. It is easy to make. I needed to add salt and hot sauce to my serving in order to make it tastier.

It was good, but felt like it was missing something. I do love how quick and easy this was to make. I will make it again for sure, its a good mid-week meal, when you just need something quick!

I loved it. My husband and I wanted to try some healthy foods and this is what I picked. I would have to disagree with the reviewers who said it tasted like ketchup, ours had not such taste. It might be because I messed with the recipe a little bit. First I added shallots with the garlic and, as many others, seasoned my chicken. When it came to the sauce I doubled both the balsamic vinegar and chicken broth. This gave the sauce a nice balsamic flavor. I also used fresh tomatoes, the bigger cherries ones, which I salted and let sit for a while. I highly recommend using the fresh tomatoes. I gave it four stars because I did make changes but it tasted amazing.

I LOVE this meal. I try to make it at least once every 2 weeks. The only suggestion I would have is to season the chicken with salt and pepper prior to cooking.

Came out pretty good, wish it had more balsamic flavour. The reviews that say it tastes like ketchup are right, maybe next time no tomatoes? I did season the turkey (we used turkey instead of chicken with salt and pepper. My garlic got burned, but the burnt flavour didn't come out. Overall it was very good. Apparently neither of my kids like spinach... Toddlers! lol The adults liked it very much.

We really enjoyed this recipe - however, I definitely found it necessary to season the chicken with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder before adding them to the pan. I also added a generous pinch of crushed red pepper to the tomato balsamic sauce while it was simmering. http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/10/balsamic-chicken-with-baby-spinach.html

I liked the chicken. That was about it. I disliked the sauce (tasted like ketchup and I disliked the cous-cous. I would not make this again.
