Simple and tasty. I made brown rice instead of couscous though. Had tons of extra sauce left. I'll make this again.

I seasoned the cutlets with salt (not much and fresh ground pepper and to the spinach grated some nutmeg. This recipe is as delicious as it is easy. Definitely adding this to my "repeat recipe" file!

At first taste.. I thought it tasted like chicken and fancy ketchup. I then simmered chicken in the tomato/balsamic sauce, added half a jalepeno chooped up and a little sriracha sauce. Nice flavor.

The layered look on the plate is impressive and the flavor and texture combinations are outstanding.

This is pretty impressive considering it took so little time to pull together. The only change I made was to season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a bit of poultry seasoning prior to cooking.

This is one of those dishes that makes the chef of the evening look like a superstar. It is tasty, quick, and bursting with flavor. One of those dishes that everyone always wants the recipe for. If you want a dish to impress friends or in-laws, or just something healthy for the immediate family, this is the one you want to prepare.

    Thanks, Ellie!!

This dish is definitely going to make it to the dinner table again. I found the spinach and sauce to be delicious! After reading others reviews I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder which worked out well. I am not a fan of couscous, so next time I will use mini penne pasta instead and maybe some toasted pinenuts if I am feeling frisky!

I followed the recipe to a "T" and didn't like this dish at all. The chicken had no flavor (even drenched in all the sauce. I wouldn't recommend or make this dish.

I love this recipe and it's one of my family's favorites! Even my little ones eat it! I used ROASTED GARLIC & OLIVE OIL COUSCOUS instead of the plain wheat, makes a huge difference and adds tons of flavor. I of course add some extra salt and a little pepper.
