Surprisingly really good! I ran the ricotta longer in the processor and added a little more vanilla. Served it with homemade biscotti and it was a delicious light dessert!

I didn't care for the ricotta cream. It seemed a bit grainy/granular even after I ran it through the food processor. Overall great light dessert concept, but final product left a little to be desired.

On a restrictive diet and used FF ricotta, Splenda, and 1/2 the honey and it still turned out fabulous! The basil was a great alternative to the usual mint...in fact, it is now a go to with this and other dessert recipes.

To die for. I used whole milk ricotta - so worth it.

Outstanding and easy! I substituted 2 packages of Stevia for the sugar in the balsamic syrup and added just a touch of honey while it simmered. Delicioso!

Loved this recipe. I do not care at all for ricotta, but processing it and adding the honey and vanilla made a real difference. Balsamic vinegar is a recent find for me and I really have grown fond of it. Absolutely great with the strawberries. What a great dessert for summer.

I have made this a couple of times now and always get great responses from the people I serve it to. I t doesn't taste "healthy" at all..it tastes decadent which is what you want in a dessert. Thanks for another great recipe Ellie!

I really like this dessert. I didn't put the ricotta mixture in the blender because I was too lazy to clean it afterwards so I just mixed it with a spoon. I liked the grainy texture so I was really happy. I have never tried a strawberry-balsamic dessert before but now I will.
