This recipe is so good. It is very different than anything I have ever made, but anyone I have made it for loves it. I have made it multiple times. To the person who said the ricotta was too grainy - try blending it a little longer in the food processor.

I made this for my husband, he loved it! Then I made it for a girls get together, it was a huge hit! I wouldn't change a thing. I can't wait to try it with local strawberries!

It is hard to believe that something this easy is so good. Right now strawberries are cheap and plentiful in Florida and I was looking for new recipes to deal with all the berries we had around. I had to use whole milk ricotta as my store did not have the part-skimmed and I did add a little oranage liqueur to both the ricotta and the balsamic mixtures which added an extra touch. I served this to guest and everybody went home with the recipe. Fabulous.

I loved this recipe. I followed the directions exactly as written, but accidentally got a bit too heavy with the balsamic. Still, I adored it, even though hubby didn't. Hmmm....what does he know : Thanks Ellie, you da best!

I've never had balsamic anything for dessert and what a pleasant surprise it was! I loved the combination of balsamic, strawberries, and ricotta cream. It was super simple and delicious! It was perfect for an after dinner dessert for my husband and I and would be wonderful for a dinner party.

Loved this recipe, I was skeptical about the ricotta cream but it was delicious, and nice and light. I cooked the balsamic too long and candied it but it was still good. Thanks for this easy and delicious recipe!

This was a refreshing and satisfying dessert. I added an additional tablespoon of honey to the ricotta and then sprinkled each individual serving with fresh lemon zest. It was fabulous and is a very nice recipe to have on hand with the new year's resolution of eathing healthier. Thanks Ellie!

I couldn't wait to make this dessert! Everything came together perfect! The balsamic syrup tasted out of this world (especially the type of balsamic I used and the Basil works, however I would prefer mint, The ricotta was too grainy for me, but had a nice flavor. I think I will try marscapone next time or Greek Gods Greek Yogurt Honey flavored. I loved this concept! Thanks!
