    The pie was very good. I did add extra vanilla at the suggestion of others below. My boyfriend enjoyed it and did not seem to miss the fat.

    I tried this right after I saw it on the show. The crust was very simple to make, as promised. The flavor was not quite as rich as the "real thing" and I did think that was noticeable. But it was still good. What was disappointing was shelf life. The pie feeds more than a family of two and so we can't eat it in one day. The pie got very watery and disintegrated after about 36 hours.

    This receipe was a hit. it was so good, sweet but not over sweet, thick and it cut into pie slices so easy. This receipe will remain in my book forever....

    I made this recipe for my nephew who is 24yrs. old. He requested this dessert for our Christmas Eve dinner. Everyone one loved this. It was the 1st time I made a banana cream pie. It was very easy to make and very delicious.

    Good recipe and easy to make. Very good flavor and not overly "rich". I would recommend this to anyone.

    Very yummy. My husband loves banana cream pie and I have tried several recipes, this is the best yet. I am also lactose intolerant and was easily able to substitute the ingredients. What a great pie and healthy too.
