I liked it very much. Taste as you are cooking and it turns out great. I added just a little salt and pepper and as my husband bought regular ground beef, I drained the fat and added no water. I prefer flour tortilla chips over corn. Kids liked it too.

I didn't love the taste of the dish -- although I loved the idea of a lime dressed ground beef salad. I found the beef bland (which may have been the fault of the lean beef. I'll try to make the beef next time adding cumin, cinnamon, jalapenos, more garlic and onions. But although I didn't love this, I think Ellie Krieger has a lot of great ideas and does a great job. And all without relying on butter and cream!

This was fantastic! I have made this several times. Fresh tasting, filling, and healthier. Not heavy like some taco salads can be. My husband loved it as well.

I made this for my family ... WOW! I have tried a few different styles of a taco salad, and this one was a keeper! Even my picky 10 year old asked for seconds! Just a really quick meal to make during the week.

I loved this recipe. I strongly recommend it and will definitely making it again. I substituded the romaine lettuce and put Kale for the greens. I used ground turkey for the meat. I also did not put the baked chips to lessen the carb & fat content.

This salad really hits the spot. It has so much flavor. The lime in the dressing really makes it taste fresh, and it's certainly better than any dressing I would buy at the store! I use ground turkey instead of beef and I do salt and pepper the meat, but otherwise I'm pretty true to the recipe. I like that I can make the meat early in the week and then have salads for a few days.
