This cake was so moist and delicious. My family enjoyed it also. My husband loves sweets and thought that he was not going to like it because of the whole wheat pastry flour. He ended up eating four pieces. Ellie, I have enjoyed the show and your books. I find when I am cooking your recipes I miss your music.

I recently served this blueberry coffee cake, and everyone in my family thought it was awesome. I then made it as the dessert for a dinner with friends, and everyone raved about it and asked for the recipe.

I increased the amount of blueberries and also the amount of walnuts in it. I also think it is best served warm from the pan.

Compared with the usual amount of sugar and fat in coffee cakes, this recipe by Ellie Krieger, with reduced fat and sugar, but not reduced taste, was definitely a winner. I will be serving this often to guests.

very easy to make, with the little butter and oil I thought that it would be dry. Great to take to work for a mid-morning snack

The way the blueberries just burst and create that entire layer is amazing. Truly scrumptious!!!

DELICIOUS CAKE! IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT IS IS A HEALTFULL VERSION! I DID ADD A FEW CALORIES BY ADDING 1/8 CUP OF OATMEAL TO THE TOPPING. I ALSO MELTED 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER AND DRIZZLED IT OVER THE TOP BEFORE BAKING. THANKS ELLIE!
