Love this recipe. I have a sweet tooth, but I like to eat healthy and this recipe helped me out a lot. It helps me stop the craving of sweets throughout the day. Thank you to Ellie Krieger. Please continue to make recipes like this.

Wonderful! I made as recipe called except I used regular wheat flour (instead of pastry wheat and one container of plain Dannon yogurt which it 6oz. Very yummy. Sweet but not too sweet. I agree that the batter is thick and somewhat challenging to spread (especially the 2nd/top layer. The top looked perfect with a few blueberries from the middle layer peeking through. Excellent and I will make it again. I put leftovers in the refrigerator and plan to have some for breakfast!

This coffee cake is wonderful! It doesn't taste like a typical "healthy" dessert. It is moist and has just the right amount of sweetness. I'll definitely make this again and again.

The only thing I changed was using Brown Sugar Splenda instead of regular brown sugar. Will make again and again.

I think it is interesting that it says bake in a n 8x8 pan and cut into 2 inch squares. Which would make 16 pieces yet the recipe says it has 12 servings. Although the cake did have good flavor and everything it is definitely not a real sweet, dessert like coffee cake.

This cake was super moist and was gone in a day, but did not have the crumb topping I was looking for. I feel it was fine to put out with coffee but does not shine as a dessert accompanient for coffe/tea service

this actually turned out pretty well-------the batter is extreamly thick! or at least I thought so. I had difficulty trying to spread it but I finally got it. it also rises so if a couple blueberries are sticking out don't worry about. Ididnt have eggs so i had to use 2 tbls od liquid+2 tbls of flour+half tablespoon of shortening+1/2 tsp of baking powder=i egg. but anyway it is pretty good for being semi-healthy. also this is not that sweet, due to being breakfast, and so you might want to add a little more depending on your taste---but i thought the sweetness amount was nice
