This is my go-to recipe when I have guests in for the weekend. I simple recipe you can make ahead of time and bring out in the morning to snack. I do add a bit more sugar than Ellie reccomends, but it's great either way!

This coffee cake is delicious. I used toasted pecans instead of walnuts. It turned out perfectly. I will definitely make this again. It's great with coffee for breakfast or for an afternoon snack.

We're blueberry freaks and make this all the time and LOVE it! One of the best desserts ever. I do add about 1/4 cup more blueberries and add oatmeal to the topping and it turns out perfect every time. Thanks Ellie!

I have made this twice now, and both times received rave reviews and requests for the recipe! The second time, I didn't have any plain yogurt, so used blueberry low fat organic yogurt. Even better! Also, accidently used pastry flour, instead of white flour. Think it was lighter. Like knowing it is so much healthier, too.

This is a good not great recipe, but I like that it is healthier than most coffee cakes. I make it for my son who likes it

This recipe was so easy and healthy, my family raved over it. The first time I made it I subed chopped macademia nuts for the walnuts, the second and third time I made it I left out the nuts altogether and it still was terrific.
    Thanks so much Ellie!

My family loved this cake! It is light and flavorful. The blueberries burst in your mouth. You can't believe it is low in fat and sugar, and high in fiber. I would rather eat this cake then a high fat blueberry muffin any day. I will make this cake often for family and friends.
