I really enjoyed these cookies! I swapped out canned sweet potatoes for the baby carrot food. To add a little sweetness these cookies are good with light cream cheese and lemon frosting.

These cookies prove that you don't have to sacrifice good taste for health! Don't try making just one batch of this -- double the recipe, it's worth it.

The cookies are fantastic! I like the cherries in it. Everyone likes them. It is a good snack for dessert or a good substitute for a cookie that is loaded with sugar.

Couldn't stop eating these, which kinda defeats the purpose of a healthy cookie : I will make them again to have on hand as a healthy snack - probably not filling enough, for me, for breakfast.

I used dried cherries and blueberries and subbed pecans for the walnuts. These were amazingly good. They go great with my fiber one yogurt each morning. Filling and something I can feel good about!

I prefer cookies that are crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside, these came out cake-y, like super thin muffins. The flavor was great though!

My kids were begging me to make these and they didn't disappoint! I had pureed butternut quash on hand so I used that instead of the carrot...no one noticed a thing! Thanks so much for giving us healthy alternatives!!
