What a great breakfast cookie. Very healthy. I don't understand how someone can give this recipe 1 star and say that it's unhealthy because it has 9 grams of fat per serving....look at the facts, only 2 grams are saturated!!! Did you even try the recipe? Ellie's recipes are so healthy but taste so not healthy!!!

I usually don't like healthful cookies filled with oats and most of all raisins, but with this certain mixture of ingredients THIS IS WONDERFUL! My 13 daughter watches the food network with me and she saw you make these cookies and she loved the idea of cookies in the morning.. what child wouldn't huh? I love these for all day!

My sister-in-law Donalda made these and generously shared some with me. What a great treat to start the day or to enjoy with tea in the afternoon. You would never know that she made some sugar substitutions. Yummy!

How can these cookies be healthy when each cookie has 190 calories and 9 grams of fat?

These are sooooo good!! Everyone at my house loves them and begs for more. Made them exactly per the recipe the first time and they were great as is. I love that you can take Ellie's recipes and customize to your own individual tastes, like banana babyfood and dried blueberries. One of our favorite Ellie recipes!

These cookies are so good and so easy to make. I use them as "treats" for my 2 year old and I feel great knowing that while his friends are eating Oreo's and other bad habit forming food, he's eating something good for him while being rewarded!
    They're treats for me too!

I love this recipe!! Since i can't have wheat, I substituted w/Spelt flour and instead of bran flakes I used unsweetened organic coconut. (you could also use spelt flakes Tasty and good for you!!:
