Excellent and very filling. I used Splenda Brown Sugar and White Sugar replacements.

I couldn't wait to try this recipe because I often don't have time to make breakfast in the morning and am rushing out the door. These were excellent! My kids were asking me what I was cooking because they smelled so good. I loved the crunch from the walnuts and the sweetness of the raisins. Great recipe which I will make again!

These cookies were so yummy and satisfying, and super easy to make! The one thing different I would do the next time I make these is to add more sugar than the recipe called for. I also used dried apricots (had them cut up into tiny bits instead of raisins. To sum up, these cookies are a healthy snack that actually tastes super good! It's even filling! No wonder they're "Breakfast Cookies"!!
