Delicious! I baked it at 350 for about 10 minutes instead of broiling, but delicious anyway!

Delicious! My husband hates healthy food and he gobbled up this frittata. I will make it again.

I made this for dinner, but didn't have any broccoli in the house...so I used half a block of chopped frozen spinach, and added cooked turkey bacon, and it was delicious!

This is a great, quick breakfast dish! I agree about adding additional pepper, salt and garlic/garlic salt. I'm always trying to find ways to sneak in vegetables (especially for my husband, since he wouldn't eat any if I weren't around! and both of us loved it.

I made this last night for me and the hubby. I cut the recipe in half since it was just the two of us. I also noted the advice of others and added an extra touch of garlic salt, kosher salt and pepper. We just loved this dish! Very easy to make and it looks so pretty coming out of the oven. Went great with a small grilled steak and a layered salad. I'll make this one again for sure. I think bell peppers added would be great as well. I got by with only using one broccoli floret, steamed and chopped. This is a wonderful and healthy dish! My husband went back to the kitchen for the leftovers!

Great recipe, make it again and again. Try some variations too (I put tomatoes on the top right before I slip it under the broiler.

I heeded the other reviewer's warnings of blandness, so I seasoned generously throughout (garlic, pepper, curry, some salt and it turned out fantastic! Simple to make and it tastes wonderful with capers.

I'll definitely be making this again.

I made this for a friend who wanted something low-carb. We both really liked it. It had good flavor with the onion and cheese, and I didn't miss anything by using egg whites. Will definitely make again.

The frittata was okay, but it seemed like it was missing something. Oh yeah -- flavor! If I make this again, I'll add ham.
