This recipe was so boring. It looks nice, but needs some great topping to pump it up.

I had never had a frittata before I tried this recipe. I'm happy to say, I will probably be having many more frittatas in the future. This recipe was super easy. Basically, saute the vegetables, then pour the whipped eggs over them and cook, add cheese, then broil for 2 minutes.

I love the taste of the brocolli and cheese with the eggs. I added zucchini as well. You can be so creative with these frittatas, adding whatever combination you want.

Also, I don't think this recipe is very unhealthy. The only scary ingredient as far as dieting goes is the cheese.

Very easy and a fast lunch in less than half an hour! Amazing!!!! I've followed the recipe to a T and this tastes delicious, indeed! Not to mention very nutritious! I even skipped frying turkey because the frittata by itself is already a meal, a very satisfying meal! This was my first time to make a frittata and next time, I'll prolly add a few chopped garlic just to give it more of a kick! Ellie, thank you again! You really are my heroine! :

I liked it but my fiance did not. It is very filling. Next time, I'll make a smaller one for myself :

Delicious and fulfilling..... Did I say Filling? It is a nice base recipe to start with and make many variations. As-Is, it was perfect!! Will definitely make again. As others have mentioned, depending on your tastes, you may wish to add a bit more salt.

Incredibly tasty! We used gruyere cheese, as that's what we had on hand and also added some canadian bacon and wow, it was so good. Beautiful presentation, very tasty, wonderful for a nice brunch or to serve to company. Will definitely make again - it's a keeper!

I thought this was really, really good. I just got my weekly delivery of fresh organic veggies today. In it was some nice broccoli. Rather than using it as a side dish, I decided to make it the feature item. I found this recipe and gave it a try.

I've tried a few of Ellie's recipes before and they have all been a hit in my home. I do tend to improvise a lot, but overall we've been happy w/the outcome using her recipe as guide.

My variation was I added ham, fresh garlic and tri-color bell peppers and per the advice of the reviews here, added more salt. Did everything else as directed.

The texture was really nice and the flavor perfect.

This was my first time eating or preparing a Frittata and now I see so many possibilities with what can be done with it (asparagus/ham/onion, or italian turkey sausage with spicy italian peppers and onions. There's tons of ways this can be done.
