I made this firttata in about 25 minutes (prep time included It turned out to be very yummy. Instead of cheddar cheese I used gruyere. Very good, super satisfying and a perfect quick dinner meal with a side salad.

This frittata would be great with any vegetable if you don't like broccoli.

This recipe is definitely a keeper. Simple and delicious. I carmelized the onions a bit before adding them to a pie pan (I cooked the frittata in a glass pie pan as I don't have an ovenproof skillet which added a nice sweetness.

By far the best breakfast (or lunch or dinner food that I have ever tasted. MMMM. I kind of carmelize the onions first because then it tastes even more divine--and you really have to be sure to salt it enough at the beginning. Two thumbs up.

I can never follow instructions very well especially when it comes to cooking, I love to try new things. But this was so easy, the only difference is that I added cauliflower and turkey sausage.............it was great!!

I think this recipe could use a little something extra. If I make it again I might add turkey bacon or sausage. My husband suggested adding grilled peppers. It just needs a little more flavor.
