    We all loved it!

I used egg whites substitute ( 24 tablespoons= 8 whites and 1 cup off egg beaters (1/4 cup = 1 yolk. It was just perfect and delicious.
    Thanks!!!

Tastes fine, but I felt like it was missing something, maybe some meat like ham or turkey sausage. Still pretty filling though.

My son is not extremely picky, but like most kids he has an aversion to green. It's ok for coloring or goop, but he doesn't want it on his plate.
I showed him the picture of it on the website and we decided to make it. We went shopping for the ingredients and prepared the dish together.
He loved it! The recipe is definitely simple enough to let children help and it tasted great.

I made this a couple of days ago and aside from adding a little chopped bacon to the top kept everything the same and it was wonderful... Great texture with the steamed broccoli and the chewiness of the broiled cheese. Thanks Ellie!

I was looking for a low-carb breakfast that would last me the week. This was perfect! Veggies, protein and a smidge of fat. Not bad. Not the most over the top flavor but perfect for breakfast. I cut it up and took it to work for breakfast all week. Eat with salsa. Good stuff.

This recipe has become a family favorite. I use frozen spinach, thawed quickly in the microwave, instead of the broccoli and onion. Add a dash of nutmeg to the spinach along with the salt and pepper. I love this healthy version; I can have this for breakfast and feel satisfied without that heavy, guilty feeling! My husband sprinkles extra cheese on his after it's cooked and is pleased. Even our picky 2 year old eats this up! Thanks Ellie!

This recipe is absolutely delicious. I found that when I took Ellie's advice and used full fat cheese, but just a sprinkling, it made this meal perfect. This was not only a hit with the adults in the family, but also the cute but picky eaters!!!

This was a very simple frittata recipe, and it has alot of flavor and still manages to be somewhat healthy. It makes for a nice lunch or brunch meal.
