I love this frittata! It is such an easy recipe...and it's very good too! I tried it just last week with some different veggies (leftovers and it worked just as well. It rises to the perfect point, and the flavoring is just enough. We will enjoy this one again soon!

This was great and the kids loved it. I had one slice left and ate it for breakfast the next day. We had this for dinner. I added some frozen spinach, fresh diced tomatoes and sprinkled a little bit of fresh parm on top. It was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

I made this frittata once and it came out soooo delicious!!, though I did not use a broiler and it still came out great. The recipe doesnt say to flip the frittata, but do so at about halfway cooked and let it finish cooking on the other side.

I really enjoyed this recipe, with the few small changes I made. i added tomatoes and used egg substitute and Fontina cheese (what I had around. It was very good and healthy. My boyfriend loved it and went back for two more slices. I think it would be a hit with kids too.

I was surprised as to how wonderful this tasted. I'm not big on brocolli so having it for breakfast was a little taboo. Nonetheless, I ate it anyway and it's full of nutrients. This will be one of my regulars.

This was a great, easy weeknight supper. I eyeballed most of the ingredients, just making sure to cover the veggies with the egg mixture, it was delicious. I served with a spring mix side salad.

This is an extremely easy dish that I can make on the occasional weekday morning as well. Leftovers heat up well, too.
