To make this dish less boring, add extra olive oil to the pan before you put the hot broccoli in and then stir it up. In another pan, toast up some chopped tamari almonds (bulk section in stores When you put the garlic in your serving dish, squeeze lemon juice over it, THEN add the garlic and toss a bit. Take the toasted almonds and throw them over the top. I made it this way for a dinner club I am in and EVERYONE loved it. Good kick of flavor with all the extra stuff.

This dish was so easy to cook. I steamed the broccoli in a pot (instead of in the microwave. We love it and will be making this easy side dish again and again!

None of us liked this dish. It was barely edible and very uninteresting. I thought Ellie claimed that healthy food could be good tasting as well as good for you. I think she missed the mark here.

This is another quick, simple, healthy dish from Ellie Krieger. The garlic chips add great flavor and are not overpowering. I will definitely be making this often!

Two of my favorite foods on earth, garlic and broccoli...a wedded bliss! But the best part? My 23 yr. son that has not ever eaten any green veggies, except salad with only lettuce, will eat this! You gotta try this!
