My husband and I both loved this recipe. We've made it three times in the last week and a half. I thought the dressing was delicious and even brought it to a party the following weekend for another caesar salad and everyone loved it. I think the croutons could stand a bit more flavor (maybe some garlic powder and grated parm but they were still very good.

This was super easy and very delicious. I'm a fan of salads, but hate anchovy paste, so I was crossing my fingers and hoping this was good. It was; the lemon and garlic mellowed out the anchovy and provided a lovely tang. I'm definitely planning on making the dressing again, and I'll try substituting chicken to switch it up a bit.

This was very easy and deee-licious but we love really bold flavors so I added an extra clove of garlic and about 10 drops of tobasco. not a bite was left! It will be my "go to" Caesar dressing from now on...

I made this salad for the first tonight and from the dressing to the shrimp, the whole process was super easy and so flavorful! I can't wait to make it again already!

Wow this is the first time I've made caesar dressing and it was so simple to make. I put all the ingredients in a bowl and blended it with a stick blender. The results was a creamy smooth dressing. I will make a double batch next time.! I also didn't use salt. It already has enough salt with the anchovy paste and the parmesan cheese. Just add a little black pepper and you're good to go.
