I love this recipe! i never thought I could make my own ceasar salad dressing.(It tastes just as good as if it was from a restaraunt and is much healthier than store bought. The shrimp is easy to make and the two compliment each other very well. When Im in a hurry I can whip this one up in no time at all, and it looks like an eleagant dinner!

My husband and I enjoyed this so much, we plan on making it again but next time with chicken!

My husband and I made this delicious shrimp caesar salad for a light dinner tonight. Ellie has not disappointed us in the past and she once again exceeded our expectations.

My only complaint is that my two closest grocery stores do not carry anchovy paste, so instead we bought anchovies and then mixed up the dressing using a mini food processor.

I've been looking for a Ceasar that my kids will eat, with no raw eggs...They only eat it in restaurants and the bottled dressings are way too fattning. Everyone ate it and loved it! Thank you!!

Another failure from a not-so healthy cook. --- 50% of calories from fat is nothing great. Bottled dressings are fine, and at least as 'healthy' as this.

I just love caesar salads...and this one definitely rates high on my list. The overall taste is just as good as some of the salads I have had in some very expensive restaurants. I mixed my ingredients in my Magic Bullet processor and also added a few drops of Tabasco sauce for a little extra kick!

I'm not quite sure how anyone could fault this dressing recipe. This is how real caesar salad made-at-your table dressing tastes.

We love the real true caesar and were thrilled to find this recipe. Anything else is caesar substitute as far as we are concerned. Thanks Ellie!

This recipe was great -- even easy enough for my husband (who only makes "spaghetti" i.e. boiled noodles with canned sauce. We both thought the dressing was a bit on the sour side, but I used it again the following day (less dressing and added extra parmesan. Definitely tasted better the 2nd day. We did not make the croutons since we had a package in the cupboard that needed to be eaten.

My husband made this for me and we absolutely loved it.

It just tasted like the exact salad you would get at a great restaurant. (but a lot cheaper!

    Thanks Ellie, keep it up...
