Wow!! This was soooo good! I didnt know that I could make a homemade caesar salad so quick and easily. For the croutons I used 'Italian Bread' When I put them in the oven I thru the pieces of garlic in with it, it smells so good. - and they were awesome....I used chicken instead of shrimp, because fiance is a chicken lover...and he made it....and I didnt include the anchovy paste because I can't find it anywhere?? Any help? I am sure it adds a little kick to it....but my fiance and I sat down and had two bowls each of the salad with our white zinfandel wine, and watched the Suns beat the Mavericks, and Taylor Hicks win American Idol....the salad was the start of an awesome night. Go make it!! :
