I made this last week and it is delicious!!! My husband and I are trying to eat healthier but still have yummy flavors and this is it. My kids, 2 and 6 didn't want to try it but doesn't mean it's not good.: They don't like to try anything wrapped up in a tortilla. very good and would highly recommend people trying this...also very easy to make.

This was ok for me. Nothing wowed me but it came together well. The best part was the romaine/cilantro mix- it really brightens this dish up.

As a cheese club member and someone that puts dairy in everything (I'm not healthy, I can honestly say this recipe was amazing. I had no idea I could enjoy Greek yogurt without missing sour cream or that beans could be so delicious. I subbed black beans for the white beans. Delicious!

Tasty and fun food. I did not have white beans or a jalapeno, so I used a can of black beans and mixed with some adobo sauce from left over chipotle peppers. I chopped some green peppers to sprinkle on bean puree. Used a whole avocado. Yum !

I tryed this recipe, it was great and very healthy which is always a plus! I cooked it for my whole family. And usually my dad isn't the healthiest person. But he enjoyed it that made me so proud! I used Garbanzo Beans and White Beans with wheat tortillas.I also didn't put yogurt with it because I just let the family put on whatever they wanted to the choices were salsa, sour cream, and different hot sauces. Thanks so much Ellie!

Delicous! I sused black beans and forgot to add the avacado. Very tasty and healthy! Added some homemade mango salsa to the side. A great and filling meal! Also used pork instead of chicken which worked well. Will try the original recipe another day.

Wow, Truly Genius! We tried this meal for our cast and it was across the board a winner. People that don't like beans or sour cream, still loved this dish. Naturally we had to increase the recipe for volume, which was very easy. The only thing I changed, was I put the diced jalapeno into the bean puree so that you got all the flavor without the bite, that some may not desire. Went over extremely well. Very impressed, and we will be doing this healthy and economic meal again.Thank You
