Fantastic! We used spinach wraps and it turned out great!

DELICIOUS! I am so glad I found this... I didn't use avocado (although I know it is good for you, I wanted to cut some of the calories... BUT I KNOW it would have been just that much better... For the greens, I used 50/50 spring mix instead of straight romaine but the simple "dressing" was so bright tasting... Makes sense to me. I love how little ingredients there are... The bean puree was AWESOME... I used red and yellow onion. It was lovely... ALL of it. Great, great, GREAT for something quick! Love it and so did my family!

This burrito was so yummy, I will definitely make again. I poached my chicken breasts as per Rachel Ray's recipe rather than buying rotisserie chicken and it turned out great. I also diced some tomatoes and added them in the lettuce combination, I felt the burrito was a little too creamy and needed some added moisture and freshness. The bean puree is VERY tasty.

It was alright. Easy to make, but no big WOW factor. The bean puree was the only part that I loved in this dish. I have leftovers and would love to figure out way to use them!

I made this last week and it is delicious!!! My husband and I are trying to eat healthier but still have yummy flavors and this is it. My kids, 2 and 6 didn't want to try it but doesn't mean it's not good.: They don't like to try anything wrapped up in a tortilla. very good and would highly recommend people trying this...also very easy to make.

This was ok for me. Nothing wowed me but it came together well. The best part was the romaine/cilantro mix- it really brightens this dish up.

As a cheese club member and someone that puts dairy in everything (I'm not healthy, I can honestly say this recipe was amazing. I had no idea I could enjoy Greek yogurt without missing sour cream or that beans could be so delicious. I subbed black beans for the white beans. Delicious!

Tasty and fun food. I did not have white beans or a jalapeno, so I used a can of black beans and mixed with some adobo sauce from left over chipotle peppers. I chopped some green peppers to sprinkle on bean puree. Used a whole avocado. Yum !
