This was a delicious recipe, though as others have commented, it was very runny. It took 3x the amount of time for the sauce to reduce, but it was much better the next day. Next time, I'll make it a day ahead so that the sauce thickens and flavors are better.

The first day after I made it, I thought it wasn't that great! Runny broth with chicken and tomatoes. I doubled the recipe since the bone-in chicken were large and I used 5. The next day, it made a big difference. The sauce was a little thicker and the flavors married. I added a can of drained white beans and it tasted great. I would make this again only I would use chicken stock and chicken tenders instead for short cut.

This was fantastic!! I used red and green peppers and a little extra dry wine for more juice. I also used boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut each into big chunks before cooking. Served over multi grain angel hair pasta...amazing!!

This recipe was delicious! Those were my husband exact words. I guess I'll be making this again. Next time I'll make it with spaghetti squash or pasta. Thanks for the great recipe.

This was absolutely delicious. I opted to use fresh plum tomatoes instead of the canned variety and added an extra splash of wine to compensate for the missing juice. The flavor was orgasmic. I'm definitely adding this to my standard rotation.

Tasty. Makes good leftovers for lunch at work. Two of my three picky eaters gobbled it up.

My husband and I love this recipe. We are putting it in our regular rotation. I used boneless chicken breast. Instead of wine I just used chicken stock. I served it on a bed of spaghetti squash instead of rice.

With my food processor it was a snap to make.

This was incredible!! My mom (the vegetarian was taking double glances wishing she wasnt a vegetarian! Sits very well with me considering this is gluten free/dairy free. I used all organic ingredients(they do taste better esp. chicken.I used organic chicken boneless breasts instead of bone in breasts and it turned out fabulous. Def must try!
