I can't believe this is good for you! This is rocking! My 2nd Ellie recipie and I'm becoming a believer quickly. I added baby portabellos and a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce-the family raved-even my 11 year old ate all the veggies. What a great meal that I could feel good serving my family. Thanks for helping me to lighten up a favorite ;- Will definately be adding this to the rotation for good.

I made this last night, and it was okay but a little bland. I think it would be better if made with a jar of spaghetti sauce instead of the tomatoes.

this is a really fantastic easy recipe. it is somewhat time consuming, with the browning, wine reduction, simmering of sauce and then cooking of chicken, but it is quite tasty. i didn't have the full bones in the chicken (only the ribs, but it was still very moist and flavorful -- i can imagine it's only better with more bones!

This was easy to prepare and the pepper flakes make for a nice spice element. The best chicken cacciatore I've had and add a little spaghetti and you're set.

this is very easy to do. The wine and mushrooms gives it that extra flavor.

I actually used boneless breastscut in half, but they turned out very juicy! The sauce is so good and so easy to make! I served it with brown rice and a whole bunch of steamed zucchini with just a little parmesan chesse on top. My husband loved it too. I'll definitely make it again!

I spent two days cooking up recipes to freeze for my busy fiance, so he could just thaw and pop in the microwave. This one was so easy to make and faired well in the freezer. He called after eating the dish and raved about how good it was. I love the fact that it is very healthy and delicious!
