Very delicious. However, when I've had this dish in restaurants, it had a bit of vinegar-y flavor to it. Next time, I'll try it with some vinegar.

LOVE THIS!!!! this was a BIG hit... I only changed 2 things: instead of wine, I used chicken stock and instead of the tomatoes, I used a jar of Ragu Chunky Super Vegetable Primavera sauce. It stuck to my pasta nicely and was just DELICIOSO!!!!

I made this for 2 people so it lasted over 2 nights. Was easy to make, freeze and not surprisingly, tasted even better the second time.

the melding of the flavors for this dish was terrific. I used more boneless skinleess chicken breasts, more red pepper since we like it hot and added 1/4 tsp of sugar. Served over rice with a side of steamed green beans. Will definitely make this regularly.

I doubled the garlic and used boneless breasts because store didn't have bone-in. I agree with everyone that the prep/cook time is way off. The whole thing took me about 1 hr 15 min start to finish. I simmered about 25 min longer than Elie said to so the chicken was fork tender and the flavors seemed to meld together really well. Oh - I also added a bay leave and some tomato juice I had on hand. Grated parmesan over angel hair. Yummy!

This meal was so easy to make yet rated as "restaurant quality" by my husband. I would recommend it highly!!!!

This recipe is almost fool proof, it tastes and smells wonderful. Don't be afraid to let the chicken cook in the broth even longer as it only gets more tender and flavorful !
