I made this for my family last night and it was really good. I did use boneless/skinless thighs instead of breasts. The seasoning was perfect and over some spaghetti, it was tasty.

When I am in the mood for healty I prepare this chiken and everyone loves it. I think it is a blend of the onions and peppers that is so good. I try to make enough so I can freeze leftovers. Once again Thank You Food Network.

This was a great healthy chicken dish. Full of flavor and easy to make. Served with egg noodles and poured the sauce over the noodles, very good.

Easy to follow recipe, wonderful aroma and flavor. This is delicious. I bake it and freeze it and deliver to my college daughter. They love it too.

Very few ingredients but great flavor. It is a good quick fix dinner. I made some butter noodles on the side to fill up the kids a little more.

This recipe was so easy and healthy with lots of good flavors. The only thing that I would change is the type of chicken I used. I followed the recipe exactly and used the chicken breast, but from experience, it's hard to get boneless chicken breast moist. I would more than likely use Bone in chicken thighs or bone in chicken breast the next time. I will definitly keep this recipe.

This recipe was easy to make but came out a little bit too bland compared to the recipe I had been using. I added more garlic and a a little bit of chicken cubes for the secound day. It came out a lot better. Also, I may use chicken thigh next ime as chiken breast got too dry somehow...
