    This recipe is very quick and easy. It was delicious! I tweaked it a little by changing the chicken to boneless skinless, doubling the onion and using 1 red and 1 yellow pepper in addition to the mushrooms. I did this because we enjoy more veggies. I put this over egg noodles and served with a mixed greens salad! Great!

    I really liked this recipe. It was easy to make, very light, and flavorful. It really impresses people when I make it. My only critique of the recipe is that it takes much longer to make than the prep time on this site suggests. Otherwise it's great.

    We found this to be somewhat bland. If I should make this again I think I would add a small can of tomato paste as well - it needed just a little more sticking power to the pasta.

    It was fun to cook and turned out pretty tasty. The chicken was a little tough, but I think I cooked it too long. My husband and I both agree that the sauce is awesome! I froze some for a great, easy meal later :-

    While it took me twice as long to make this recipe, I am not a fast cook, we loved it. My husband had never had Chicken Cacciatore, but he told me to add this one to our list of dinners. I did make some brown rice to help absorb that wonderful sauce.
