This recipe was delicious! Those were my husband exact words. I guess I'll be making this again. Next time I'll make it with spaghetti squash or pasta. Thanks for the great recipe.

This was absolutely delicious. I opted to use fresh plum tomatoes instead of the canned variety and added an extra splash of wine to compensate for the missing juice. The flavor was orgasmic. I'm definitely adding this to my standard rotation.

Tasty. Makes good leftovers for lunch at work. Two of my three picky eaters gobbled it up.

My husband and I love this recipe. We are putting it in our regular rotation. I used boneless chicken breast. Instead of wine I just used chicken stock. I served it on a bed of spaghetti squash instead of rice.

With my food processor it was a snap to make.

This was incredible!! My mom (the vegetarian was taking double glances wishing she wasnt a vegetarian! Sits very well with me considering this is gluten free/dairy free. I used all organic ingredients(they do taste better esp. chicken.I used organic chicken boneless breasts instead of bone in breasts and it turned out fabulous. Def must try!

Loved...loved...LOVED this recipe! The only thing that I changed was to substitute the chicken broth for the dry wine. I served the chicken cacciatore over a bed of angel hair pasta and it was delish! Next time, I may add a bit of green pepper for a little added color.

My whole family loved this. Used boneless chicken breasts. Omitted red pepper flakes and oregano. For tomatoes, I used a can of Ro-tel Tomatoes with chilies and added enough regular diced tomatoes to give me 15 oz. That gave it enough heat. Also, I used 1/2 bag of frozen Grilled Onion/Mushrooms from Schwanns and a green pepper. For the wine, I used a Moscato. The final cooking with the boneless chicken was about 10-14 minutes. Super easy to make and delicious. Served it with plain rice.

I made this for dinner tonight & it came out pretty good. The only changes I made was that I used 1/2 a green bell pepper (because thats all I had, I only used approx. 5oz of mushrooms, & I only made 2 chicken breasts for me & my husband. There were a lot of veges left over, but I plan on putting them with pasta tomorrow night as a side dish.
