The flavors were great and the recipe was easy to prepare as it required nothing that isn't normally in the pantry. My chicken came out a little dry probably because I French cut the thickest part of the breasts. I actually, for recipies like this, slow carmelize my onions ahead of time. I really love bites of carmelized onion more than not.

This recipe was easy and tasted fantastic. My family said it was the best meal I ever made. I used chicken stock instead of the white wine.

This was so tasty, i made a few changes though. I added chopped black olives, sliced zuccini for more veggies, and i didnt have white wine so i used chicken stock instead. So yummy!!

Made this recipe twice, both times it came out perfectly! Definitely a family favourite seeing as we are italian, tastes very similar to the one back home. Great, and easy recipe 5 out of 5 for sure!

This was delicious. I didn't have any wine so I sub'd 2/3 cup chicken broth plus 2 tablespoons of Demi glacé de Poulet. I did not use mushrooms or canned tomatoes but I used fresh chopped heirloom tomatoes. The liquid came out just enough. I also added fresh thyme and increased the pepper flakes a bit. The dish came out flavorful and a touch spicy. I served this with crusty French bread.

This recipe is a winner due to being so full of taste with low calorie and fat content. I also watch sodium, so it was a big hit for me. Kids really liked it too! Based on previous reviews, I added 28oz. of the tomatoes and more fresh mushrooms because I love them. I also really like orange peppers instead of red or green so used orange. I bought thin cut chicken breast instead of regular, and they were very tender. Definitely a big taste, low calorie dinner! Will make this again!

This was a very easy weeknight diner. I served it with some brown rice and felt it was not only nutritious, but delicious!
