This was great. The family loved it and the wife told me to add it to my collection of recipes that I cook from :. Pretty easy and just great really good flavor. I did thicken up the sauce a bit with a little bit of cream and flour and happy I did

My husband loved this dish. It was easy to make and a great use for the bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts that somehow got into my freezer (not a cut I normally buy. I used green bell pepper instead of red because I already had it on hand, it's cheaper, and it offers more color variety since the tomatoes already provide a pretty red. Next time I make it, I will double the tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper (I felt like there wasn't enough. Del Monte actually has canned tomatoes that already have the onion and bell pepper in them if you're looking for a shortcut.

Great recipe!!! I used boneless chicken breats and my husband loved it. I added a bit of tomato paste to thicken the tomato sauce. I placed the chicken on top of pasta then topped it with the veggies and sauce. Delicious!!

So I used skinless boneless chicken breasts and cut them into thirds. I omitted mushrooms. I added 2 more cloves of garlic. I also used diced tomatoes instead of whole ones. I added a little bit of chicken stock too. Then after it was cooked, I put the chicken on top of brown rice with sauted spinach on top. It was pretty good. Next time, I will just stick to 1/2 cup of white wine because there is plenty of liquid in this recipe. I didn't think this was the greatest chicken recipe ever unless comparing it to similar recipes of chicken cacciatore.

I really strayed from the basic recipe. I wanted leftovers, so I added sauteed low fat Italian sausage. Then I added more wine and a 28 oz. can of San Marzano tomatoes. Of course, I upped the amounts of herbs and spices. Served it with some pasta and sauteed spinach in olive oil and garlic. Delicious! Just what my family was in the mood for.

We just finished dinner and it was wonderful! This is the first time I have ever made any version of Chicken Cacciatore and I am definitly glad I picked this recipe to try. Its comforting, smells amazing, such flavor. I served it over rice and definitly will be making it again.

Great family dinner! Simple, healthy, good flavor. Will make a couple of changes next time - will flatten the chicken so it is more tender, won't skip the red pepper flakes (I don't like spicy food but think this would have added a little kick will probably add more garlic. Definitely going into my regular recipe rotation!

Lots of flavor! I added a side of angel hair pasta and it was great with the sauce. When the sauce started to reduce too much I added some chicken stock and it was great. Also, I added a squeeze of lemon overall the chicken and pasta! Def using this again!!
