This was the first time I have made chicken parm and it was GREAT! The seasoning was just right and it took practically no effort. Will make this again and again!

I just started a section of "light" recipes to win the health battle; this one was a winner. I used whole grain bread for the crumbs, but everything else was the same. It was full of flavor and not nearly as heavy tasting as traditional parmesan.

I really wanted some chicken parmesan really bad but I wanted to make it myself so I picked this recipe because of the rating and I am so glad that I did. I have never even tried to make this before this was very easy and very good I will be making this again and again. I cant wait to make this for my friends and family members.

Thank you! One of the easiest, quickest and delicious chicken parmesan receipes I have tried. My boyfriend and I absolutely love it. I shortcut with store bought italian breadcrumbs.

We all loved this and is wasn't that hard or difficult to make it healthier. I used homemade marinara, but otherwise followed recipe. Son enjoyed leftovers in his lunch too. Thanks Ellie!!

This is the first time I'm making Chicken Parmesan. I've always wanted to try it and glad I found Ellie's recipe. The only thing differently I did was use the Italian bread crumbs that I had already had in my cupboard. I just seasoned it up a little more with the ingredients Ellie used. The Parmesan Chicken was delicious. Will make again soon.

Prep on this is minimal so it can be done on a weeknight (as long as you're willing to wait the 25 min in the oven. You can make it even faster by using store-bought pasta sauce. The results are scrumptious and this has become a staple in my home. Thanks Ellie!

Thank you very much for an excellent recipe.
I was cooking chicken for the first time in my life and my husband is a good cook, so I was a little afraid, but this came out really well. He liked it very much. I followed the recipe exactly except I made sauce with Giada's 'simple Tomato Sauce' recipe (and it came out really well too instead of a store bought one. To make a healthier version I used less oil than the recipe.

OMG I love it and it was so simple... The only thing is was that I used Italian crumbs and put a little Grated Parmesan mixed in with the bread crumbs
