so easy to make and delicious! (AND guilt free since it's not fried!
i didn't have bread so i used a mixture of panko bread crumbs and italian bread crumbs. there was a lot of sauce left over for me. Next time, i might serve it with a side of pasta. will definitely make this again!

This is the first time I've ever rated a recipe and couldn't resist. This was so good. I can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow! I cut the recipe in 1/2 since there's only one of me and I used Barilla Tomato Basil pasta sauce since I didn't have marinara sauce in my pantry. It was incredible. The chicken was perfectly done, and the bread crumbs had just the right amount of crunch. This is definitely on my "make again" list!

I made this tonight and it was wonderful. Even my three year old loved it, she called it "Pizza Chicken Nuggets." I was thrilled that she eat something not only yummy but healthy. Thanks for the awesome recipe, I will share with all my family.

My entire family loved this recipe!! This was something I've never attempted to make before, and recently, my husband and I have been eating healthier and losing weight, so I've been looking for new things to try. This was really really good and it's hard to believe it's low fat! I love Ellie's recipes!

This had so much flavor! I think I let it sit in the sauce too long, it got a little soggy, but the flavors were amazing. The chicken was so good, you could have another meal with jit by itself! Was nicely surprised by this one!

Our 17 yr. old nephew recently moved in with us. He will not eat ANYTHING healthy, no veggies of any kind. He likes exact opposite of everything we like. I tried this recipe and he LOVES it, as does the rest of the family. I do make noodles to go with it and I use store bought bread crumbs.

This was one of the first Ellie recipes that I tried. It was FANTASTIC!! I'm sold on healthier eating now.

A nice, quick and great tasting! Using the egg-white substitute is a great way to avoid having two yokes to deal with.
Missing from the recipe is the fact the chicken must be dry before the egg wash. The least dampness will cause the breading to slough off ... (A basic for any egg wash breading.

The flavor was good, but the breading wasn't crunchy at all and slid off the chicken. We still enjoyed the dish.

We love this recipe, which tastes like the unhealthy (albeit delicious version you get at Italian restaurants without the extra calories and fat. I served it with a little pasta, and everyone loved it, even the 5 year old who claims not to like "sauce."
