I didn't want to make bread crumbs so I used about 3/4 c. whole grain wasa crackers. I also used fresh mozzarella. I had it over sauteed spinach and made spaghetti for my boyfriend. Chicken was crispy and moist. Would eat it without the sauce/cheese also.

I fixed this for dinner tonight and it was awesome! The chicken was flavorful, juicy and moist. Just the way we like it! I will definitely be making this again. I fixed the zucchini ribbon pasta to go with it. A keeper!

This recipe was great- it wasnt extremly time consuming and it turned out great. Next time I might use a bit less paprika and maybe sub in something else for a different spin on it. I served it with whole wheat pasta on the side, it was wonderful. I have requests to make it again!

Wow, this was great! My family did not miss my usual method of making this and did not miss the pasta. Very easy once you get all of the ingredients together. I did not have garlic powder and forgot the milk and it still worked out just fine. The homemade bread cumbs make it!

Looks healthy at only 410 calories a serving, but 1200mg of sodium??? Go with a low sodium marinara sauce to bring that number down a little.

I cannot believe how good this was!! My fiance and I decided that we should start eating more healthy so I went for a recipe from Ellie instead of my fav - Giada. After reading the reviews, I gave this a shot and it was AWESOME! I figured it would be good but maybe missing something given the healthy cuts made. Not at all! I would never be able to tell the difference. This will definitely remain in my recipe "go to" box for future meals. Thanks Ellie!!

This was awesome! I rarely use recipes from this site because there are too many ingredients or I just don't think I can pull them off, but this was so simple and I already had everything.
I burned the breadcrumbs on the first round so I started over and only cooked them for 8 minutes. I added a little extra salt, used 1% milk (all I had, and there may or may not have been a couple of extra pinches of parm, but who cares. Me and my boyfriend devoured it. I don't even think he knew the difference betwelly that the the fried.
Also...I almost just used some store bought breadcrumbs I had in the cabinet when I burned mine the first time, but I'm so glad I didn't. These were so good!

I have been working out for over a month (5 days a week, counting cals and watching my fat and sugar. I made this tonight to go with the parmesan potatoes that I saw with Ellie's Pork tender loin.. I am one of those girls that goes out to eat and the first thing I do is look for Chicken Parm on the menu. (I haven't eaten out since workingout So when I saw this reciepe I had to try it because I LOVE chicken parm big time. I am so happy to have found a HEALTHY, fast and easy reciepe that tastes so amazing. I made my bread crumbs like suggested, I figured I'd get a better taste. I don't have a food pro. so I crunched the bread with my hands then put it in the oven, when it came out of oven it was brown and crispy and easy to crunch the bread crumbs the rest of the way. Turned out amazing. Breading wasn'
t soggy or bland. I used fat free mozerella cheese, reduced fat parm cheese, light wheat bread (35 cals a slice, olive oil spray in a sprayer at home no propellant,. So I made this even more healthy...It was so good and so worth it. My fav dish and I can still have it as I continue o work out and eat super healthy. THANKS LOVE IT> I love your show, watch it alot.
