Wow! What an easy recipe to follow!
The end result was a wonderful Chicken Parmesan. The toasted bread crumbs were a tiny bit soggy, but generally very crunchy and quite flavorful.

This chicken parmesan tastes as good as any I've had. You won't notice that skim milk, part skim mozzarella, less cheese, etc. was used. I served it to my boyfriend who isn't aware of healthy eating choices (and hasn't counted a calorie in his life!, and he raved about it!

This recipe sounded great and looked great but the taste was sadly lacking...I can't even suggest what would improve it..sorry

Saw you prepare this on your show, and it looked really good along with being simple.I made it tonight, and we absolutely loved it. The bread crumbs made the difference for sure. I followed the recipe exactly, except I halved it. I also didn't have garlic powder so I used a garlic clove minced instead. I added it to the egg white mixture as it was more liquid than dry. Thanks for a great recipe, and I will be making this again.

    Ellie,

Don't know what it was about this but it was disgusting! Have no clue as to why...but maybe because the oregano is the only main italian spice...it was too overwhelming? Sorry, I pitched it.

That was the best recipe of Ellie's that I have EVER made. It tasted just like a restaurant chkn parm when I first ate it. The only thing I regret is not making the full recipe. I will make this again, and again and this weekend. Enjoy!

Saw this receipe on TV today and tried it this afternoon. It was great! Very simple to make and good. I used Italian bread crumbs that come in a box and it worked out just fine. I would definitly make this again.
