Used this recipe with veal and it worked fine! The veal was gently tenderized using a meat-tenderizing mallet. I think it is much healthier to bake the meat rather than saute or fry it in oil. Love the seasonings!

Easy recipe. Made Alton's marinara recipe to go with this recipe. I'll never buy bread crumbs again, it was so easy to make the ones here. Thanks for keeping me on the healthy track for this new year!

My family loves Chicken Parm so this healthier recipe was great. I did not make my own breadcrums--just used the Progresso Italian bread crumbs. Also loved how the kitchen didn't get all greasy from frying! We now have a new way to make Chicken Parm!

I was surprised by how many people thought this recipe was so wonderful; for me it was just mushy and just OK. Pouring the sauce over the breaded chicken and the finishing in the oven just left it totally not crisp. I think next time I'll just nix the breading...

Absolutely Fabulous! First of all, it's easy, then there is no frying and finally it tasts great. I used an inexpensive sauce (Francesco Rinaldi but I added approximately 3 tbls of cabernet/merlot. Wow, delicioso!!!

This dish is fabulous! My family loves it! It is easy to make and very delicious! Instead of making my own bread crumbs, which you can do, I just use 1 cup of plain bread crumbs that is store bought. I also use a good quality marinara sauce such as Raos, basil sauce. I pair my dish with rotini pasta and a green vegetable. It's easy, delicious, and nutritious! The 3 must haves for a busy mom! Plus it makes a great leftover!!!!
