Absolutely delicious! My husband thought it was from a restaurant and it was healthy to boot!

This has to be my favorite of all Ellie Krieger recipes. It has become a regular on the menu rotation and no one misses the fact that it is not fried in oil. I did add a little garlic powder in the flour as well as the breadcrumbs, but otherwise I follow the recipe as it is. I would highly recommend trying this recipe at least once.

This is a very lightly textured and tasty meal. The chicken was moist on the inside and yet light and crispy on the outside. I will definitely prepare this dish again.

This recipe was awesome! My guests and boyfriend and I all loved it. The chicken was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. I made my own marinara sauce and served it all with fettucini. Fantastic and the best chicken parm I've ever made...who knew it was also healthy.

I love this recipe!! This was the recipe I first chosed (since finding back in '09 when I started cooking out of the box i.e. a soul food family cooker. No changes, original recipe cooker. Family LOVES when I make it.

I have made this recipe many times. I use Panko for the topping to save some time as this is a mid-week, go-to, dinner for me. Everyone I serve it to is so surprised that it is low in calories and fat. It tastes decadent.

this was great! i've made a couple other chicken parm recipes, and even the boyfriend said he liked the 'crust' on this one was better!! I did put the chicken on a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet like others suggested, and went a little lighter on the paprika, but the wheat bread crumbs and spray on the outside really were great!! used my own tomato sauce and pepper jack cheese. yum!

I made the chicken today, it was so amazing!! Although it was chicken breast it did not come out dry! I absolutely L.O.V.E it!

I agree with everyone, this dish was very delicious. Also, as some people suggested, I baked my chicken on a cookie cooling rack and it was perfectly crispy and I modified the store bought marinara by adding some more garlic, fresh basil and red pepper flakes, italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Fresh basil for garnish is a must for the marinara. Must try.
