This dish was incredible and very easy to make. The only change we made was we added red pepper flakes and extra cayenne pepper for kick.

Very yummy. I made this for company and they had no idea it was healthier than traditional chicken parmesan!

Incredible! I used homemade yeast rolls instead of whole wheat bread and seared the chicken before cooking it with the mozarella and marinara sauce. Would recommend highly and will make again!

My whole family loved this recipe. It was so simple to prepare. Using a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet was an excellent idea. Crunchy, tasty and add some angel hair pasta and you've got a hit.

this recipe is great, its easy to do, and it taste so good. I would recommend this to anyone. I also put angel hair pasta w/garlic on the side. And yes using a baking rack is the way to go. it doesnt get soggy and you dont have to turn it over at all

Wow! This was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed preparing this meal together. Sip a little wine while preparing and a little more with dinner. A nice evening!

My family loved it. One tip that is helpful that I saw from another cooking show is to cook the chicken on a wire rack on top of a cookie sheet. That way the chicken cooks all over and stays crunchy.

Very flavorful--I don't miss the deep frying at all! I do, however, turn the chicken over halfway through the baking because I find the bottom side gets a bit soggy if I don't.
