I only made the peanut sauce. I skipped the marinaded chicken since others commented that it didn't add much for the effort. I thought the kids would love the sauce and they didn't. It was okay, but nothing special. It went into the garbage disposal.

Peanut sauce was very good but chicken was bland. Think maybe it should be marinated longer than stated

The peanut sauce is also great over noodles!

This recipe required a trip down the ethnic foods aisle for me as these are not all ingredients common to my pantry. I followed the recipe with only one substitution. I bought the natural peanut butter, but used the regular stuff I had on hand because we don't use enough to justify opening two at a time. We LOVED it. Served it with the Bok Choy featured on the show and fresh mango and cottage cheese for a salad. This recipe goes into my regular rotation. When I tasted the peanut sauce, I was worried it would have too much heat for me, but with the chicken, it was perfect. I guess Alton isn't the only one whose recipes I use anymore.

This recipe was delicious! I made copies to share with all my friends. I didn't have any low sodium soy sauce, so used regular instead. Next time I will definitely use the low sodium. The peanut sauce is so rich and tastey, it's hard to believe it's not bad for you!

Made this dish for a few friends, one who is from Thailand, and they loved it. Served it with Coconut rice and salad. So good I want the leftovers for breakfast!

Delicious! Great recipe. I added some cilantro to my sauce and it added a wonderful tangy zip. Otherwise an excellent crowd pleaser.
