I only used the dip part of the recipe because it sounded like a good thai sauce.
I use it over rice noodles. The best I have found!

My whole family enjoyed this recipe tremendously! The sauce was a bit too spicy for my kids, but they used BBQ sauce and loved it! The chicken is so tender and the sauce complemented the chicken very well.

The marinade probably made the meat better, but I couldn't really taste it. Don't know if that is because I used whole chicken breasts instead of cubes. The amount of chicken serves 2 people, not 4. I made half the sauce, and it was enough for 4 people. It was fabulous, with a few tweaks. For a whole recipe, I added an additional 2 TBSP broth and 1/2 TBSP brown sugar. I also added 3 TBSP of the light coconut milk as well. The coconut milk is really what the sauce needed (and makes it closer to the traditional. I decreased the ginger by 1/2 TBSP, and recommend considering halving the soy sauce. The finished product is a little salty, even with all the lower sodium products. This peanut sauce does not disappoint, so good you'll want to eat it plain!!

Made this almost to the letter; paired it with brown basmati cooked in chicken broth, and mixed in the chopped peanuts (instead of garnishing the chicken with it and also mixed in scallions. Bok choi was just okay, mine was a bit "woody" and I thought the vinegar made it sour. But overall, chicken and peanut sauce was delicious!

This is definately one of our new favorites! The peanut sauce has just enough of a "kick" to make it interesting but not too spicy. The marinade for the chicken is terrific--it seemed to make alot, so I marinated and grilled 3 extra breasts to have over salads for lunch. The sauce would be great with soba noodles and veggies, too. Thanks for another winner, Ellie!

This dish is OUTSTANDING. Nutrious, filling and delicious. My fiance loved it. The flavors seemed at first, at least to me, to be a bit odd paired together, but it came together so nicely. I highly recommend.

What a delicious recipe. I actually doubled the recipe and froze half the marinate (chicken cubes in a separate bag. This would be a great appetizer by cutting the chicken into thin strips and putting on smaller wooden scewers.

Oh my goodness... did I make this?!? The dipping sauce was incredible and making the marinade was really simple. I was happy to be able to use my food processor, too! Never get to use it.

My husband and I both really enjoyed this recipe. I was hesitant to try it at first because of the peanut sauce. I find that most just taste like peanut butter, but not this one! It was wonderful! I marinated the meat overnight and also made the sauce the day before. When I came home from work the next day, all I had to do was skewer the chicken and grill it on my Cuisinart Griddler. Super easy and super delicious!
