This is the first recipe of Ellie's that I've used and it was great! My husband & I love Thai food so I had to give it a try. I found all the ingredients at my local supermarket and it was easy to prepare (both marinade & peanut sauce. Will definitely double/triple the recipe to use for parties!

this is an awesome recipe, so many wonderful ingrediates bind this together, i would have to rate it a 7
