This was SO delicious. We especially loved the peanut dipping sauce. We ate this as our main course with a "fancy" basmati dish (onions, cilantro, canola oil, tumeric, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken stock. Also served with steamed broccoli tossed with teryaki sauce. I like the idea of cutting the pieces and frying in peanut oil. Thankfully our weather permitted grilling so it was outstanding.

This is a great recipe especially the peanut dipping sauce. I didn't have a grill to use for the chicken, so instead I cut the chicken into 1" squares and stir fried the pieces in a wok with a little bit of peanut oil. I then arranged the chicken on a dish with the peanut sauce in a bowl in the middle and put toothpicks in the chicken pieces and guests could just take one and dip in the sauce.

Everyone loved this recipe, absolutely would make again.

This turned out soo great! I remade the sauce because the first one was too salty. 2 Tbs of light soy sauce instead of 3. I added 7 drops of Stevia.
The roasted peanuts with cilantro really makes this dish! I also had celery and carrots to dip and it was great!

The marinate for the chicken was really good! I made this on an indoor grill/skillet rather than on the BBQ. I think next time I will set aside some marinade, so I can baste the chicken while it cooks too.

Easy and delicious. I prefer dipping sauces a bit sweeter, so I doubled the brown sugar.

I have been making this sauce since her show debuted. Everyone I make it for declares it is better than any sauce they can get at a Thai restaurant. I love to triple the sauce recipe and freeze it in small portions so I can add it to stir-fries. It is incredible easy to make too! The chicken marinade is out of this world. Never thought chicken could taste so good!!!

I made this last night and everyone loved it. The peanut sauce is great. The only thing I would do differently next time is leave the shallot out. I thought it was not necessary.

The peanut sauce tastes almost exactly like what you get at an Asian restaurant when you order spring rolls.
