    This dish was delicious!! In addition, it was very easy to prepare. I added a little extra Locatelli in addition to the parmesan and I have to say very YUMMY!!!

    I couldn't tell the difference and the recipe was so easy, my husband was able to follow it. (his previous culinary experience include grilled cheese and tuna salad!
    Next time I might add another veggie, like asparagus.

    Great low-fat alternate! Used broccoli instead of zucchini, and it was great! We used our own homemade wheat pasta for an added touch.

    This recipe is cheap, easy and delicious! I sprinkled some extra cheese on top and it was quite tasty!

    Made it exactly as instructed, turned out fabulous. Make sure you use evaporated milk or it won't be thick enough.

    Easy recipe to prepare and the taste is not bad. I didn't have any parsley so decided to add green onion. It still tasted quite good. It is not "wow" good recipe, but easy and tasty enough to get added to my list of "staple" recipes for variety/change.

    This recipe was good but i think next time i will use the less healthy fettuccine as opposed to what this calls for, the whole wheat pasta. Very simple and great for a weeknight dinner. I added just a bit less of the evaporated milk and the sauce thickened well, i also cheated and used 2 percent milk so i added a bit more fat but loved the flavor. Next time i'll add mushrooms and maybe try broccoli instead of the zucchini.
