Good thing I a be added onion and mushrooms or this would have been a blah dish. I used fat free half and half and the sauce still didnt thicken properly. The overall taste was ok for it being a light dish.

So excited to make this, but it ended up being a little bit of a let down. It was easy to make, but so bland!

Tasty. I added a small amount of Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers for a little zip!

Absolutely love the sauce for this recipe! It can be incorporated so many ways. Tonight I made the sauce and started off with the glove of chopped garlic then I added mushrooms and chopped spinach to sauté them. Then I added the milk-flour mixture. Instead of the evaporated milk I used fat-free half and half. I used this sauce on raviolis. I probably couldve just eaten the sauce as is as if it was a soup. Delicious!

This recipe was great. The sauce was delicious. I added mushrooms and will do so the next time I make this. I know some reviewers didnt care for the sauce that much but its not meant to be traditional alfredo but a more healthy alternative.

I have never made Alfredo anything before from scratch but I followed the recipe and it turned out great!! If you want the sauce creamier just use more of the noodle water! I think next time i will add mushrooms. The whole family loved it~

I thought this was a great recipe. My husband loved it, too. It's a great light alfredo sauce. I did have to add a little bit of salt to the finished dish to liven it up, and maybe some other fresh herbs would've helped too. But overall, quick and easy, tasty, and healthy. I'll definitely make it again.

The sauce could have been creamier and had more flavor, it really kinda let me down. The fresh ingredients def made a huge difference! We added fresh mushrooms and some white onion, I recommend it!!
