Quick and easy! With fresh zucchini from the Farmer's Market this dish will become a family favorite. The alfredo sauce goes fast, so be ready, and drippings from cooking the chicken will make the sauce a little "pink", but it was way tasty.

Love this recipe! Tasted amazing and was easy to make. The only change I made was using a bag of frozen Trader Joe's grilled chicken. It was the perfect amount and already sliced. Heated it up in the skillet with oil and salt/pepper as the recipe called for. Definitely adding this recipe to the regular list.

I love this recipe. I've made it quite a few times. To keep it healty, I make sure there is lots of zucchini and less pasta. It's creamy and rich. You can't even tell it's wheat pasta!

I love this recipe. It is versetile and the sauce can be made for anything, I even make it as a healthy alternative to butter and sour cream for baked potatoes. Also goes great over steak and chicken, especially if made in the same skillet after the meat was cooked- picks up the flavor. My husband is not particularly into low fat low cal anything and he says he likes this dish better than traditional butter cream alfredo- SCORE! to the party pooper... nor1901... so incredibly untrue that this dish is not health conscious or lower fat/cal... white pasta with cream and butter based sauce is at least twice the amount of calories and will give you a heart attack if you dont start eating this way instead of that way.

This was the perfect light alfredo sauce...still had all the flavors without losing any taste, just the fat.

Health conscious? I don't see much a difference between the average nutritional information of fettuccine and this one. In fact, this one is 50 calories more with the same amount of fat!

Super delish. I also added some chicken stock when the sauce got too thick. It's a keeper.

This was very good and a nice alternative to a heavy cream pasta dish. I marinated my chicken in a cajun marinade and grilled it as well as the zucchini before tossing it all together. Added a little extra parmesan as well. This was yummy & a great dish if you are craving creamy pasta but do not want all the calories of butter & cream. I forwarded this one to my friends!

Excellent and easy pasta recipe. My butter and heavy cream loving husband even gave this an "I'd love if you made this again" review. I doubled the amount of zucchini, added sliced mushrooms, cooked my veggies and chicken on the grill because it's summer time, and then tossed all but the chicken together with pasta and sauce. I'm a vegetarian, so I added the chicken into my husbands dish last.
I highly recommend!
